Group Tours

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

How many people is considered a large group visit?

Groups of 6 or more people are considered a large group. Groups exceeding 20 guests are divided into smaller tour groups to ensure a personable experience for all participants.

For all group tours, one designated individual must arrange payment for the entire group in advance or upon arrival to help ensure an efficient check-in process and avoid congestion at the front entrance.

How much time in advanced should we book our large group tour?

We recommend a minimum of 2 weeks of advance notice. This ensures docent and site availability.

Are unplanned tours possible?

Unplanned tour groups may be accommodated based on staff and volunteer availability, site capacity, and scheduled programming. Advance notice is strongly encouraged to help ensure a safe, organized, and positive experience for all guests while protecting the historic property.

Can we eat lunch onsite?

Yes. Guests of Casa Romantica Cultural Center and Gardens may bring their own food and non-alcoholic beverages during daytime public hours. Guests are prohibited from moving furniture, blocking areas off, or interfering with Casa Romantica guests. All groups are responsible for cleaning and tidying up after themselves.

Groups of 10 or less may use our unreserved bistro tables available on a first-come, first-served basis for no extra charge.

Tables, chairs, and linens are available for larger group tours at a nominal fee. Reservations and payment must be made at least 7 days in advance. Please use our Contact Form on this page or contact our Volunteer Manager at 949-498-2139, ext. 122  to learn more information.
