Group Tours
Casa Romantica welcomes large tour groups as an important opportunity to share the site’s history, culture, and mission with a wider audience. To ensure a high-quality guest experience, large group visits require thoughtful coordination to support a high-quality guest experience.
Fill out the form so we can help you arrange bulk ticketing, guided tours, and more. All tours must have a minimum of 6 people and be booked within a minimum of 2 weeks in advance to ensure docent availability.

Groups of 6 or more people are considered a large group. Groups exceeding 20 guests are divided into smaller tour groups to ensure a personable experience for all participants.
For all group tours, one designated individual must arrange payment for the entire group in advance or upon arrival to help ensure an efficient check-in process and avoid congestion at the front entrance.
We recommend a minimum of 2 weeks of advance notice. This ensures docent and site availability.
Unplanned tour groups may be accommodated based on staff and volunteer availability, site capacity, and scheduled programming. Advance notice is strongly encouraged to help ensure a safe, organized, and positive experience for all guests while protecting the historic property.
Yes. Guests of Casa Romantica Cultural Center and Gardens may bring their own food and non-alcoholic beverages during daytime public hours. Guests are prohibited from moving furniture, blocking areas off, or interfering with Casa Romantica guests. All groups are responsible for cleaning and tidying up after themselves.
Groups of 10 or less may use our unreserved bistro tables available on a first-come, first-served basis for no extra charge.

Accessibility
Casa Romantica strives to be accessible to everyone. While some parts of our property are limited by their historic architecture, the majority of our home and gardens are ADA Compliant.
