Spring Renewal Campaign
As we approach Casa Romantica’s 100th anniversary, we are reminded of the beauty, history, and community that make this place so special. 99 years ago, as Casa Romantica was being built, it laid the foundation for something truly special—a beautiful home with remarkable architecture, the first in our Spanish Village by the Sea. What began then has grown into something far greater than anyone could have imagined.
This year, our goal for the Spring Renewal Campaign is to raise $100,000 by June 15 to fund real and visible improvements across the property and upgrade our digital platforms.
Your gift supports the projects that keep our site beautiful, functional, and welcoming for all who visit. These include repairs, preservation work, and needed upgrades that often must wait until funding becomes available.
The categories of projects being funded through this campaign include the following:
IMPROVE DIGITAL USER EXPERIENCE: Investing in upgrading our digital platforms for a better user experience and preserving our historical archive digitally.
SUSTAINABILITY INITIATIVES: Expanding sustainability in the garden and converting to energy efficient lighting across the property.
GARDEN EXPERIENCE IMPROVEMENT: Renovating garden areas impacted by the landslide, and improving the guest experience with more signage and lighting.
PROGRAMMING UPGRADES: Expand the offering of cultural events and classes, along with improvements to seating for guests.
