Casa Romantica can accommodate up to 110 seated guests or 150 standing guests in the historic sun-filled Main Salon. The Main Salon is useful for educational or training seminars, recruiting sessions, leadership and other retreats, and corporate holiday parties.
We can accommodate up to 150 seated guests in our central Courtyard, which can be tented to accommodate inclement weather (additional fees will apply).
The Ocean Terrace accommodates up to 50 seated or 150 standing guests.
Our Octagonal Room, which boasts nearly 360 degree views of the Pacific Ocean, is perfect for Board Meetings, leadership retreats, and small informal parties and gatherings. The Octagonal Room accommodates up to 12 seated guests.
Main Salon, Courtyard, & Ocean Terrace
Monday - Thursday: $2,750 year-round
Friday, Saturday, Sunday & holidays: $3,850 November - April; $5,250 May - October
Rental rates are given for parties of up to 100 people. These rates include the use of the site (any or all spaces listed above) for up to 4 hours; rental of basic tables, chairs, and linens; set-up & breakdown; a Site Supervisor for the duration of the event; and cleaning fees. Rental time can be increased by $250 per half hour or part thereof. Rentals for events with over 100 people are the responsibility of the client.
Monday - Thursday: $1,200 year-round
Rental rates are given for parties of up to 12 people. This rate includes use of the room for up to 6 hours (business hours only); rental of basic tables, chairs, and linens; set-up & breakdown; and cleaning fees.

Catering is provided by our Exclusive Vendors, and is not included in the rental fee. Please contact the vendor directly for detailed pricing and menu options.
Casa Romantica rentals include 60” basic round tables, linens, and chairs for up to 100 people. Rentals may be upgraded through our exclusive catering company for an additional fee. The client is responsible for all additional rentals.

Valet, rentals, catering, florist and coordinator (if applicable) must be selected from Casa Romantica’s Exclusive Vendor List. All other vendors may be selected by the client(s) and are required to sign our Vendor Contract and provide a certificate of insurance naming Casa Romantica as additionally insured.
One of our Exclusive Caterers must provide the alcohol and bar service.
Casa Romantica has onsite surface parking. For events that exceed fifty (50) guests, valet service is required.
We can make arrangements for all of your A/V needs through one of our Preferred Vendors.
