How many guests can you accommodate?
Casa Romantica can accommodate up to 150 guests in order to comfortably have room for wedding guests indoors and outdoors for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception.
What does the site fee include?
The site fee will include the private use of the Casa Romantica estate home and gardens for the contracted time period, cleaning fees, and a Casa Romantica Site Supervisor to maintain and tend to the facility needs throughout the event. It also includes a President’s Circle Membership which is valid for one year.
Can I use my own vendors?
Your Valet, Rentals, Caterer, Event Planner/Coordinator, and Florist must be selected from Casa Romantica’s Exclusive Vendor List. All other vendors may be selected by the client, although the Casa does maintain a Preferred Vendors List. Vendors are required to follow the venue rules that are outlined in the Casa Romantica Private Event Rental Policies. All vendors must sign the Casa Romantica Vendor Rules and submit a certificate of insurance naming Casa Romantica as additionally insured.
Can I provide my own alcohol or bring in an outside vendor for alcohol?
No. One of the Exclusive Catering Companies must provide the alcohol and bar service. View a list of our exclusive vendors here.
Does Casa Romantica provide any tables and chairs or rental items?
Casa Romantica is a versatile indoor and outdoor venue that allows for many different layouts and styles of weddings and other private events. To enable our clients to plan a custom event based on their individual wishes, all rental items are provided by our exclusive rental company, Signature Party Rentals. All items must be provided by our exclusive rental company. No outside rentals of any kind are permitted.
Where can we dance?
Guests may dance in the beautiful Main Salon. Higher decibel dance music must be played indoors.
Are there rooms available to get ready in, and how early can the wedding party arrive?
There is a lovely bride’s room and a groom’s room. Both rooms have a private restroom, vanity area, and sitting areas, and are fully air-conditioned. The wedding party may arrive at 2:00 P.M.
What are the parking accommodations?
For events that exceed fifty (50) guests, valet service is required. Our valet will strategically park vehicles in the Casa parking lot with overflow in a nearby designated city-owned parking lot.
Do I need a wedding coordinator?
Yes. We require a licensed and insured event coordinator from our Exclusive Vendor List with a minimum of “day-of coordination” to handle all of the details on the day of your wedding so that you can relax and enjoy your special day!
Do I need special event insurance?
For events that exceed fifty (50) guests, special event insurance is required. Casa Romantica will provide you with a Special Event insurance rider. There is a fee that generally varies between $157 and $195 depending upon the guest count and other variables.
How do I hold a wedding date?
You can hold a wedding date for up to two weeks by completing a Rental Hold Request Form and submitting it via email to the event department at firstname.lastname@example.org. If another prospective client would like to contract and place a deposit on your date, you will have the right of first refusal and forty-eight (48) hours to make the decision to book or forfeit the date.
