Life Above 25,000 Feet – Climbing the World’s Tallest Mountains
Dr. John Dahlem and Ryan Dahlem

Orange County residents Dr. John Dahlem and son Ryan Dahlem have climbed some of the world’s highest mountains together. They recently notched five of the fabled “Seven Summits”, the highest mountains on each of the seven continents, and are training for an expedition to Mt. Everest in the spring of 2010.

Learn first-hand about the Dahlems’ incredible top-of-the-world adventures at this captivating evening presentation at Casa Romantica.

Memories of WWII
From the Archives of the Associated Press

Casa Romantica is honored to host this compelling exhibition - a collection of 126 black and white WWII photographs from all theaters of the war. Many images are well known, others have not been seen for decades.

Casa Romantica Cultural Center and Gardens is the only southern California venue to host the nationally acclaimed Memories of WWII Exhibition.

Details of programming in conjunction with the exhibition, including a Grand Opening Day event, brown bag speaker luncheons, evening presentations, and war-era dance event, to be announced shortly.

This is a not-to-be missed exhibition for all ages.
